Ben Wright is head of the history department at a large secondary school in Cornwall and is passionate about developing thriving teachers, especially during those pivotal PGCE, NQT and RQT years. Ben has completed an MA in education and strives to embed a research culture in schools. He has delivered workshops, has presented widely and, together with his Thrive co-authors, regularly contributes to the popular blog Thrive in Teaching.
Andrew Young is a Teacher of Social Sciences and Co-Director of Pathfinder Teaching School Hub (TSH). Andrew’s work includes the leadership, design and delivery of professional development across North Yorkshire and leadership of the TSH ITT programmes, where they train around 50 new teachers a year with York St John University. Having secured DfE approval for the Teaching School Hub Adaptive Teaching CPD programme over 4 years ago, Andrew has worked with hundreds of staff and schools on building an inclusive classroom climate.
Paul Z Jackson is an independent training consultant with a wide spectrum of clients in both the private and public sectors. He has worked as a print journalist, senior producer for BBC Radio Four, lecturer at Bath Spa University College, and teacher at the London Actors Centre.

He wrote the bestselling book, Make Sexuality, and its successor, The New Male Sexuality, which still stands as the "bible" in this field. Through his lectures and presentations on various aspects of sexuality, as well as courses for professionals and lay people alike, Dr Zilbergeld made a huge difference in people's lives. Dr. Zilbergeld was a popular guest on hundreds of radio and television shows including Donahue, Oprah, Today, Charles Grodin, CBS Morning News, and Sonya Live.
